The Path I Used in Order to Make $1M/year

acquisition
  1. Buy a course/coaching program about how to make money online (mainly about marketing and getting clients)
  2. Learn how to create offers by packaging a service along with products.
  3. Understand that clients do not fall out of the sky. 80% of every business is about getting clients. 20% is the labor and delivering the offer.
  4. Because 80% is about getting clients, if you are selling to a business, your service should probably help businesses with some aspect of getting clients. If your service is about something else... there are only 3 main markets: health, wealth, relationships. Understand which one you are in and identify the highest value problem you can solve.
  5. Now that you are focused on solving a painful problem (one that is obvious - obvious because it's very painful and clear to them and you), you develop a unique solution to solving that problem.
  6. The problem now is getting people to believe you and trust you. Paying a person with zero experience or credentials is risky. People don't even want to talk to you.
  7. You get them to believe and trust you by starting with a performance offer (you only get paid when they results). You do this for 5 people. 1 or 2 of them get results. If you aren't selling an offer connected to money (wealth), then you are probably starting by selling your time at a very low price (to reduce the risk).
  8. You aren't wasting your time doing the last step, you are learning valuable lessons about HOW to get results and WHO you can get results for.
  9. Now you understand that you can't get results for everyone. You only want to work with a specific type of person or business. And now you have case studies from the people you've previously worked with. When you share those testimonials and case studies with them, you can now get paid upfront instead of on performance (or get paid more for your time or get paid without selling your time). You may still need to make guarantees, but that's fine.
  10. You then develop a lead generation system to reach your "dream clients". You create a system behind it. Your system is probably connected to: sending emails, sending messages or DMs, posting content online. You're getting clients very slowly.
  11. You've adjust offer several times and it's been a few months. You're building a book or collection of case studies and testimonials. And more importantly, you've gained confidence. You are confident you can results. You keep getting better and better.
  12. Both delivering the service or product and generating leads and closing sales is exhausting, so you start hiring your first teammates.
  13. You design the operations of the business so that any idiot could be your teammate and do the tasks.
  14. Now you've been running this business for a year or so and you're making decent money, but you want to grow it and have more...
  15. You need to speed up the process, so you use paid advertising along with your outreach and content.
  16. You hire someone to help you with that.

The resources I give you address multiple points along this journey to help you get there faster. But it doesn't work if you don't take consistent action. Keep posting content and making it better. Keep reaching out to people by message and email and keep getting better at it. Keep doing sales calls. Keep doing consultations and trial lessons. Keep getting testimonials and case studies. Keep improving your offers. I will help you (I help a lot more when you ask questions), but without your participation nothing will happen.
